- cardstock
- paper plate
- popsicle stick
- glue
Instructions

- Glue the blue cardstock on either side of the folded paper plate, leaving about an inch or so above the fold of the plate.
- Glue the blue construction paper to the blue cardstock to form the waves.

- Glue the brown cardstock to the wooden stick, leaving about a 1/2 inch from the bottom.
- Glue the yellow circles on the boat.
- Glue the sails on either side of the stick.

- Place the stick inside the hole in the middle of the fold.
- The boat should be tucked inside the cardstock so that it looks like it is in the water.
